In contrast to the marathon over-two-hour meeting last year required to resolve an inconclusive site selection election, this year’s Westercon Business Meeting in SeaTac WA had no new business introduced and no items held over from last year. Consequently, the business meeting lasted only seven minutes. The 2014 Site Selection election voting continues through Saturday afternoon, and baring any unusual circumstances, the winning Westercon will be announced Saturday evening, and there will be no need for a special Site Selection Business Meeting on Sunday.
