Genevieve Dazzo holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Chemistry and is well versed in many different scientific disciplines. She is the head of Quality Associates, a company that trains other companies and their employees in aspects of Total Quality Management, Statistical Process Control, Design of
Experiment, Graphical User Interface, and a variety of advanced computer and management skills. She has held senior positions at several Software, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, and Aerospace companies. She currently is working under contract to Jet Propulsion Laboratories (JPL).
Genevieve has been active in science fiction fandom both in New York City and Los Angeles since the mid-70s and has worked on many conventions including both Worldcons and regional conventions. She is currently on the Board of the Southern California Institute for Fan Interests (SCIFI) and was on the committee for L.A.con III, the 1996 World Science Fiction Convention.
She has also been an officer with LARA, the Los Angeles Romance Authors, the local branch of Romance Writers of America. |
