Hello Kayla,

The Society for the Promotion of Speculative Fiction in connection with the year Convention, BayCon, is bidding to host Westercon 79- July of 2027. Our Current Chair is Michael Garcia and current Treasurer is Durelle Kurlinski.

Attached are our bylaws and our 501 C Status. We will have to send the Hotel Contract separately, but it is the same as for the last year and for 2026. We are in the Santa Clara Marriott until 2028.
